3/4 Watchlist

The indicators continue in the paths they entered at the open. Just another day in low-volatility paradise. (I, however, am a high volatility person. This little touch of Heaven, for my style of trading, reeks a bit like Hell.)

The watchlist.

Psar bull signal (the new signal in my analyses):
  • AMZN, analysis. The price rose past near-term resistance today, travesing 2.3% low to high. The rise puts the price at the next resistance level, with several others beyond that, in an area of congestion stretching up to around $140.
  • EWT, analysis. No breakout.
  • EWY, analysis. No breakout.
  • GDX, analysis. A decline back below restance after yesterday's breakout. A breakdown?
  • HAL, analysis. Pulled back further after piercing resistance.
  • KFT, analysis. No breakout.
  • MGM, analysis. No breakout.

A classic discussion of how to use dividend yield to identify value. Perfect for a long-term approach to trading.

Psar bear signal:
Macd bull signal:
Money-flow index overbought (bear signal):
  • TXN, analyses 1, 2. No breakout

Abbreviations:
pps - Person's Proprietary Signal
ma20 - 20-day moving average
macd - Moving Average Convergence-Divergence
