This daily posting tracks my covered call plays for November and other base positions.
Today -- Friday -- is the last trading day before November options expire.
I think my November covered calls will turn out like this:
Likely exercised: DFS, EWZ, FCX, GMCR, HAL, SLV and XOP.
Likely retained: BIDU and RIMM.
Could go either way: LVS, NLY and XLF.
I'll screen for the December covered calls over the weekend, although I probably will delay entry until Tuesday or Wednesday, in case the congressional super-committee fails to cut the budget and causes a market melt-down. (See today's story in the The Guardian.)
