I find Tim Duy, of the University of Oregon, to be one of the more level-headed of the economists who write for the general public.
Two recent Duy columns took inflation fear-mongers, in the guise of WSJ writer Allan Meltzer, to the woodshed for egregious errors in their fear-mongery.
Of course, as traders we care desperately about inflation, since it has a huge impact on how we must position ourselves in the markets if we hope to earn a profit.
