Changes

I've revised my trading rules guide (in How I Trade on the menu bar) as follows:

1. I've removed the parabolic sar oscillator from the price-channel rules, although I retain it as a possible ad hoc management tool.

2. I've added trading rules for earnings plays (using straddles and strangles) and dividend plays.

3. I've written a section on position sizing, a subject I consider to be of fundamental importance to successful trading.
