Tuesday's Agenda

I had three potential earnings plays going into today's markets: FOXA, DVN and ATVI. Only DVN has maintained sufficiently high implied volatility in relation to its range for the past year to qualify for further analysis.

The one trading-signal play -- VLO -- remains a viable low volatility play, which argues for a time-spread strategy, such as a covered call or diagonal.

Expect full analyses of DVN and VLO to be posted today.
