Friday's Finalist: TCK

The Canadian mining company Teck Resources Ltd. (TCK) is the lone symbol to make it through my analytical hurdles, and I shall post a full analysis prior to the closing bell. It gave a bear signal.

Of the five other signals from Thursday's markets that are under consideration today, two -- CFX and NU -- failed confirmation by moving back within their 20-day price channels. Three others -- QIHU, LPNT and EWS -- had overly wide spreads on their up-front, at-the-money call options, removing them from consideration.

See "Friday's Prospects" for a description of my early rounds of analysis.
