Tuesday's Prospects: Round 2

Many of the symbols that survived my first-round of analysis failed confirmation, as I would expect after a move of Monday's magnitude. (See "Tuesday's Prospects" for the first round results.)

Three, all bear signals, made it to the second round: FITB, HBHC and TCB. I determined that HBHC and TCB were too illiquid to support a bear play.

First Fifth Third Bancorp (FITB) was the sole survivor of my second-round screening and I'll be writing a full analysis later today.
