Here are the issues with new psar signals that I've turned down for the Watchlist, and why:

• BRCM, countertrend, earnings too near (4/27)
• FLEX, bear, countertrend, earnings too near (4/27)
• RSH, bull, rumor of a sale or stock buyback, earnings too near (4/22), marginal adx (28)
• SLM, bull, analyst comment, earnings too near (4/21), low adx (17)
• VLO, bear, earnings too near (4/27). This guy was also on yesterday's list. It has done a one-day whipsaw in a week-long sideways move at what may be the end of a bull trend. Whippy.
• VZ, bear, earnings too near (4/22)
• XLV, bear, countertrend marginal adx (21)
