Unanalyzed Part Deux

Many signals on the corporate stocks today, most of which don't meet my criteria.

My reasons usually come in these categories:
  • The movement was due to news or analyst comment
  • It was against the trend
  • The stock is whipsaw-prone with a low adx
  • Earnings come before or shortly after April options expire.

  • KO, news of a management shakeup, low adx
  • UNH, low adx
Psar bear signals:
  • ORCL, low adx, countertrend, earns 3/25
  • HBAN, countertrend
  • HRP, news of secondary offering
  • NWSA, low adx and possibly news of a public records court case that went against the company
  • VALE, low adx
  • HAL, earns 4/19
  • KEY, analyst comment
  • CVS, analyst comment
  • PBR, earns today
  • AMR, earns 4/15
  • HL, low adx
  • TSL, news of public offering
  • LOW, countertrend
  • SPWRA, analyst comment and low adx
  • ITUB, low adx
  • FITB, low adx
Abbreviations:
psar - Parabolic Stop and Reverse
adx - Average Directional Index
pps - Person's Proprietary Signal
ma20 - 20-day moving average
macd - Moving Average Convergence-Divergence
mfi - Money Flow Index
sto - Fast Stochastic
