Tuesday's Prospects: Round 2

I intend to analyze the Internet infrastructure company Verisign Inc. (VRSN) as a potential bear play. It was the only downside breakout among the eight major-market survivors of my first round analysis. (See "Tuesday's Prospects".)

One of the seven upside breakouts failed confirmation, and the others were tracing counter-trend moves.

I'll post the VRSN analysis prior to the closing bell today.
