Tuesday's Agenda

Of four potential positions coinciding with earnings announcements, TWTR and MDLZ have sufficiently high implied volatility relative to the past year's range to support a trade. AAPL's implied volatility is a bit too low, and GILD's is borderline.

I shall analyze TWTR and MDLZ, and also take another look at GILD and AAPL later in the day.

Of two prospects that gave trading signals on Monday, ORCL and GS are both potential time spreads, such as diagonals. I plan only one such trade today and shall GS first. With a higher price it has a higher premium and so will be the most rewarding.

If GS doesn't produce a trade, then I shall move on to an analysis of ORC. Otherwise, I shall leave ORCL on the shelf.
