Tuesday's Outcomes: BAC, INFY

I opened a bear position in BAC under my very short term volatility rules. See today's analysis "BAC: Volatility play".

INFY staged a bullish breakout on Friday after earnings were announced and confirmed the signal Monday and Tuesday, as required under my the special procedures for handling earnings in my Shorter-Term Rules. However, without further analysis, I've declined to take the trade because a bull signal runs strongly contrarian to the trend of the broader market. In a market like this, bulls need not apply. INFY was mentioned in "Monday's Prospects" as a survivor of early rounds of analysis.
