1/21 Lookahead: Quoth the Raven . . .

My tasks tomorrow:

Try to make sense of what's happening with the S&P500 index. Earlier discussions here and here. . . .

SPY, the etf based on the index, closed the day without a Person's Proprietary Signal bear signal, it having disappeared late in the trading day after looming, like Poe's raven, over the chart (no doubt silently quothing, "Nevermore".

Sell a call against the shares of PALM I bought today, with the underlying close to 13.

These economic reports are due (times are Eastern):
  • Jobless claims at 8:30 a.m.
  • Leading indicators index and natural gas inventories at 10 a.m.
  • Oil inventories at 10:30 a.m.

Topic:
S&P 500 index, Spiders, Palm smartphone cellphone, Edgar Alan Poe.
