4/29 Other Signals

Other signals that turned up in my scan but were found lacking for inclusion on the Watchlist:

Counter-trend: HSY (bear). It's sufficiently trending, but the signal is in the opposite direction of the  trend.

Insufficiently Trending, meaning an average directional index below 30:

• Bull: HUM, UNH, XLV
• Bear: ESV, ORCL, PAYX, PCX, VELO

There many, many more that I didn't look at because earnings are looming. I don't like to trade in the earnings run-up: Too much chance of a news surprise.
