Trading Rules revision

I've made a few revisions to my description of how I trade, clarifying the trade preferences for low implied volatility plays, adding a table of trading tactics appropriate for each combination of direction, implied volatility level and historical odds of a successful trade, and adding rolls as a possibility in addition to exiting outright.

The description of my trading guidelines, Tradecraft: Playing the odds to build winning stock market trades from options, can be read here.
