Trading Rules change

I've raised the minimum average volume for my trades from 1 million to 3 million, ensuring a greater likelihood that I'll be analyuzing liquid symbols and reducing the chance that I'll lay on so many positions that my trading funds are entirely committed.

I've changed section 1.2.3 of my rules to conform. See Tradecraft: Playing the odds to build winning stock market trades from options.
