Friday's Finalists

Of the two symbols under consideration today, one -- RSE -- failed confirmation by moving back within its 20-day price channel, thereby negating Thursday's bull signal.

Both RSE and the other symbol, KFRC with a bear signal, have insufficient open interest to support an options play. At this point I'm interested in trades that have both leverage and hedging ability, which strikes KFRC from the list.

I won't be opening any new positions based on signals from Thursday's markets. See "Friday's Prospects" for a discussion of the early rounds of analysis.
