SHY Watch

The exchange-traded fund that tracks 1- to 3-year Treasury bonds is showing a bear signal on the Parabolic SAR, a huge gap down in price at today's opening. The symbol is SHY.

The other signals associated with this etf are also strongly bearish.

SHY $83.05

This movement plays into the theme of Friday's employment report: Job creation - happy dance - inflation risk - Feds raise interest rates.

The Parabolic SAR signal came after two days show bull signals, so it's a real change in traders' expectations.

I won't be adding this to the Watchlist.

Abbreviations:
psar - Parabolic Stop and Reverse
adx - Average Directional Index
pps - Person's Proprietary Signal
